How this calculator works
ICA does not publish a points system for Permanent Residency. This calculator gives each answer a weight based on the factors ICA has said it considers: economic contribution, time in Singapore, qualifications, age, family ties and integration.
Your score is a guide to how strong your profile looks, not a prediction. Two people with the same score can receive different results because ICA looks at the full application, including how it is presented.
How to improve a low score
- Build a longer, stable work record in Singapore before applying
- Apply after a salary increase or promotion
- Take part in community or volunteer activities regularly
- Make sure your documents and translations are complete and consistent
- Present your contribution and commitment clearly in a cover letter

Frequently asked questions
Is this calculator official?
No. It is an independent self-assessment tool by Vista Immigration. ICA decides every application at its sole discretion.
Do you store my answers?
Only if you choose to leave your contact details for a free review. Otherwise, your answers are used only to show your result. See our privacy policy.
What score do I need to apply?
There is no minimum score. Anyone eligible under an ICA scheme may apply. The score helps you decide whether to apply now or strengthen your profile first.
